Why I built the Lead Generation Blueprint.
Straight from me, no marketing speak — why ads are the engine of this whole thing, and what I’d run for your business.
The best contractor in town doesn’t get the most jobs. The most visible one does.
I’ve watched it happen over and over: a business that does incredible work, losing jobs every single week to a competitor who isn’t half as good — because that competitor shows up first. Right now, somewhere near you, someone is on Facebook or Google looking for exactly what you do. Whoever they see first gets the call. That bothered me enough to build something about it.
Paid ads are the most powerful lever a local business has. Nothing else puts you in front of the right person at the exact moment they’re ready to buy — on demand, at whatever volume you want. Referrals are great, but you can’t turn them up. Ads you can. I run Meta and Google campaigns built for one outcome: booked jobs. Not likes, not impressions, not “brand awareness.” Every dollar gets tracked from the click to the booked job, so you know exactly which ad made you money. Winners get more budget. Losers get cut.
But here’s what I kept seeing, and it’s the real reason this exists: the ads were never the whole problem. Businesses would pay for leads and then lose them — a missed call while on a job, a quote that never got a follow-up, a lead that waited two days for a reply and hired someone else. Paying for a lead and losing it is worse than never running ads at all. So I built the Lead Generation Blueprint: ads at the front, and behind them everything a lead needs to become a booked job — the landing page, the instant follow-up, the booking system, all connected, so nothing you paid for slips through.
And unlike most agencies — where your account gets handed to a junior media buyer juggling thirty clients — I run every campaign myself and watch it like it’s my own money. I also built everything behind the ad personally, right down to this website. One person, fully accountable, from the first click to the booked job.
Maybe you’ve run ads before and got burned. Maybe you never tried because it felt like gambling. Either way, book the call. I’ll lay out the exact plan I’d run for your business — the ads, the budget, and how every lead gets captured. And if I don’t think ads will work for you, I’ll tell you that straight.
